What a regular clean from Fernway looks like
A recurring clean is the service most of our Raleigh customers have. Two cleaners arrive in a two-hour window you chose, work from the same checklist every visit, and text you when they are done. The checklist above is the whole job: every room, every surface at hand height and below, every floor. Nothing on it is skipped to save time, and the lead cleaner signs off on it before the crew leaves.
You get the same lead cleaner each visit. She learns where the dog sleeps, which cabinet door sticks and that you like the throw pillows stacked a certain way. If she is out, her regular teammate covers with the same notes, so the clean does not change.
What it costs and why cleaning more often is cheaper
Prices are per visit and set by bedrooms, bathrooms and home size. A 2 bed, 1 bath apartment in Raleigh starts around $120 per visit every two weeks. A 4 bed, 2.5 bath house in Cary runs closer to $230. Weekly visits save 20% per visit, every two weeks 15%, monthly 10%, because a home we cleaned last week takes less time than a home we cleaned last month. Add-ons like inside the oven ($35) or fridge ($30) are priced separately and you can add them to any single visit.
The first visit on a plan is priced as a deep clean. It is the visit that catches up on baseboards, fans, blinds and the grout, so every visit after it starts from clean. After that your recurring rate applies for as long as you keep the plan. There is no contract and no minimum.
Who cleans your home
Every Fernway cleaner passes a national background check before their first shift and is employed by us with a W-2, not sent from an app. Crews wear uniforms and arrive in a marked car, so you and your neighbours know who is at the door. We are insured and bonded to $2 million, and we will send you the certificate if you ask.
We bring every product and tool. The default is plant-based products on the surfaces your kids and pets touch, with a stronger bathroom cleaner where it is needed. If you prefer your own products, tell us when you book and the crew uses yours.
Getting the most from a recurring plan
Leave fresh sheets on the bed and the crew makes it with them. Leave the dishwasher empty and the crew loads the dishes in the sink. Put a note on the counter about anything you want extra attention on that visit, and the lead cleaner reads it first. Most customers give us a door code or a lockbox so nobody needs to be home.
If anything on the checklist is missed, tell us within 24 hours and the same crew comes back to re-clean it free. Still not happy? That visit is on us. That is the Fernway 24-Hour Guarantee and it is printed on every invoice.
