Privacy policy
Plain language, because that is how we talk to customers.

What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your first name, email, mobile number, ZIP code, details about your home (bedrooms, bathrooms, size, how often you want cleaning, add-ons, condition), a preferred date, any notes you type, and any photos you attach. We also record the page you came from and, if present, the campaign tags in the link you clicked.
Why
To price and schedule your cleaning, to call, text or email you about your quote, and to improve the website. We do not sell your details.
Who it is shared with
Your quote is stored in our content system (Sanity) and emailed to us through Google Workspace. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address to tell people from bots. If we use a call-tracking or customer-management service, your details are stored there too so we can follow up. Each of these providers handles your data under its own privacy policy.
Texts and calls
If you tick the consent box, we may call or text you (including with automated messages) about your quote and your cleanings. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also call us to opt out.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for as long as we might clean your home and for two years after, then deleted. Photos are deleted when the quote is closed.
Cookies and analytics
The site remembers your quote answers in your browser so you do not have to retype them. If analytics or advertising tags are added, they are listed here and may set their own cookies.
